These turn-key events were designed to allow our clients a simple answer to their social events.  Weather it's a Wine and Cheese party for a few couples or a Pretty Princess Dress-Up Party for your daughter’s birthday, each party package can be unique to your event as there are several variations available and will include glassware, dishes, flatware and party hostess.  Our event planners would be happy to work with you to create a package specific to your ideas and budget.

Before you sign a contract with an event planner there are some obvious questions to ask, including:     

What will you do for us?            How much will you charge?           What other events have you managed?

But don’t stop there! Before you entrust your organization’s event and its brand identity to a professional event planner, you’ll want to dig a little deeper. Ideally, the person you choose will be highly qualified, easy to work with, and will always protect your organization’s bottom line and best interests.Here are five questions you should ask in order to get to the heart of the matter.

Experience & Qualifications 

1) How long have you been in the social and corporate  meeting and event business?Some companies will quote you the “total combined years of experience of their staff.”   You should know your individual event planner ’s experience.

2) What professional certifications do you hold or professional education have you had?In the past decade, the visibility of the event        management field has grown by leaps and bounds. The number of people who suddenly wake up one morning and say, “I want to be an event planner”, is astounding!
